Pricing Policy
At DIS, our commitment is to offer convenience, service, and product availability on-line at compelling prices every day, with certain limited time offerings of merchandise at promotional prices. DIS has the right to cancel any order at any time if we deem it necessary.
Colors
We have done our best to display as accurately as possible the colors of the products shown on the DIS web site. However, because the colors you see will depend on your monitor, we cannot guarantee that your monitor’s display of any color will be accurate.
Also, products may be provided with mixture of colors (Flat dark earth or Od Green items may have Black color parts assembled on) from time to time depending on manfucaturer’s decision and operational decisions.
Correction of Errors and Inaccuracies
The information of the DIS web site may contain typographical errors or inaccuracies and may not be complete or current. We therefore reserve the right to correct any errors, inaccuracies or omissions and to change and update information at any time without prior notice (including after you have submitted your order). Please note that such errors, inaccuracies or omissions may relate to product description, pricing and availability. We apologize for any inconvenience this may cause you. If you are not fully satisfied with your DIS purchase you may return it with the original DIS packing receipt. Please see our Return Policy.
Typographical Errors
In the event a DIS product is listed at an incorrect price due to typographical error or systems error, DIS shall have the right to refuse or cancel any orders placed for product listed at the incorrect price. DIS shall have the right to refuse or cancel any such orders whether or not the order has been confirmed and your credit card charged. If your credit card has already been charged for the purchase and your order is canceled, DIS shall issue a credit to your credit card account in the amount of the incorrect price.
Term; Termination
These terms and conditions are applicable to you upon your accessing the site/ or completing the registration or shopping process. These terms and conditions, or any of them, may be terminated by DIS without notice at any time for any reason. The provisions relating to Copyrights, Trademark, Disclaimer, Limitation of Liability, Indemnification and Miscellaneous, shall survive any termination.

SHIPPING POLICY
We offer (registered) SHIPPING WORLDWIDE on ALL items. Registered Mail: Economy International Shipping VIA air. Delivery time is between 14-28 business days.
We also offer shipping via EMS (Express Mail Shipping) that only takes from 4 to 10 business days – includes extra cost depending on the weight of the package – price shown before checkout.
Shipping is also available for a special quotation, to check the cost, please contact us through email by sending the link/s of the product you are interested in and we will reply with the shipping cost. Shipping takes from 48 to 72 hours.
Some products require Express Shipping due to weight or high value, these products will be sent by EMS.
Most products are shipped from our main warehouse the US.
All import related fees or requirements are under customer’s sole responsibility.
A tracking number will be provided within 48 hours after order is placed, please contact us through info@deltaigr.com with the tracking details.
RETURNS POLICY
We allow returns up to 30 days after delivery.
If an item received is not what the client have ordered, a photo is required for us to verify it.
If client receives an incomplete package, a photo of the shipping label and the contents is required.
Returning item for the following reasons:
- Unsatisfied with the item (the item received as listed)
- Ordered the wrong size
- wrong item ordered by mistake
*Photo of the item is required and item must be NEW, IN BOX (if came in one) and UN-USED. Items will be shipped back on customer’s expense. We will refund you with the price of the item. A 10% Re-stocking fee will be charged on returned items.
If an item arrived to customer defected, and/or damaged, a photo is required for us to verify the damage. If the claim is approved, we will replace the item. Shipping of the new item will be paid by us (Registered mail shipping only). All return claims must be made not more than 7 days after receipt of the item.
If client wants to exchange to a different product after receiving the order, please keep the product new, unused and in box (if came in one) and send a photo to us and state the reason of the exchange.
ALL returns will be shipped back on customer’s expense.
All return claims must be sent to our email (info@deltaigr.com) with the order number in it and the required photo of the issue encountered with the product received.
Once return claim is approved, a return address will be provided and we will need a valid tracking number to verify the return. Once package arrives in that address, that’s the time we will process the refund.

CANCELLATION POLICY
All cancellation requests must be sent immediately to info@deltaigr.com
Cancellations must be sent within 24 hours after order is placed, but is not guaranteed unless confirmed by our customer support representative through email.
We recommend creating an account prior to placing an order, it will show the real-time status of the order. If it’s still on “processing”, we might be able to cancel. However for those marked as “complete” – chances are tracking number has been issued and package is picked up from our warehouse.
Cancellations are not possible for shipped orders.
If client no longer wants to have the product but is already shipped, we can accept return. Refer to the returns policy above.
Once cancellation is confirmed by our customer support representative, the customer will be refunded. For those who paid via PayPal, the refund will only be refunded through PayPal as well. Those clients who paid using credit card shall need to provide their credit card details once asked by our customer support representative.
